Personal Injury

When someone else's negligence causes your injury, the insurance company's first offer is rarely what your claim is worth. We handle the fight so you can focus on recovery.

Overview

Full Value for Real Harm

Insurance carriers are in the business of paying as little as possible, as quickly as possible. Early offers routinely arrive before the full extent of an injury is known — before imaging, before specialist referrals, before anyone can say whether the pain will be permanent.

We build claims around documented evidence: complete medical records, treatment narratives, wage loss documentation, accident reconstruction where necessary, and expert opinions on future care. A properly documented claim changes what an adjuster is willing to pay.

Florida's 2023 tort reform shortened the deadline for most negligence claims from four years to two years. That change alone has cost injured people their entire case. If you were hurt, the timeline matters more than it used to.

How It Works

Our Approach to Your Case

01

Free Case Review

We evaluate liability, available coverage, and the medical picture at no cost, and tell you honestly whether a claim is worth pursuing.

02

Build and Document

We coordinate treatment records, secure scene evidence before it disappears, handle every adjuster call, and calculate the full value including future care.

03

Settle or Sue

Most claims settle. When the carrier will not pay fair value, we file suit — and we prepare the case that way from the start.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Florida?+

For most negligence claims arising on or after March 24, 2023, the statute of limitations is two years from the date of the incident. Wrongful death claims are also generally two years. Missing the deadline ends the claim permanently.

What does 'no fee unless we win' mean?+

Injury cases are handled on contingency. You pay no attorney fee up front and no fee at all unless we recover compensation for you. The fee is a percentage of the recovery, explained clearly before you sign.

Should I accept the insurance company's first offer?+

Almost never without review. Early offers are typically made before the full medical picture is known and are calculated to close the file cheaply. Once you sign a release, the claim is over.

What if I was partly at fault?+

Florida uses modified comparative negligence. You can recover if you are 50 percent or less at fault, with your award reduced by your share. At more than 50 percent, recovery is barred — which is why fault allocation is fought hard.

What compensation can I recover?+

Medical expenses (past and future), lost wages and lost earning capacity, property damage, pain and suffering, and in some cases punitive damages where the conduct was especially reckless.
